The Giants touch down in Motown

I just spoke to a member of the New York Giants' organization who was on the team charter when it landed a few moments ago in Detroit. You could hear loud shouts of joy from players in the background who apparently were impressed with the landing in snowy conditions.The team will bus to a downtown hotel where they will have meetings tonight and might have a walk-through. The Giants can't head over to Ford Field because there's a game between Detroit and Green Bay going on as we speak. And by the way, the team representative said that playing the game at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, had been brought up at one point,Czech Euro 2012 Shirts, but the flight home (3 1/2 hours) was a bit much.
