Rams exec explains Atogwe tender

Rams vice president Kevin Demoff used a chat on NFL.com to explain the team's thinking on offering free safety Oshiomogho Atogwe the lowest restricted free-agent tender:Demoff: We have tendered Oshiomogho Atogwe at the Right of First Refusal level,euro shirts, which allows us the chance to match any offer sheet he signs between now and the week before the Draft. We could not have asked for OJ to handle his situation better than he did last year.
