Fox sticks with Delhomme, but leash may be short

Coach John Fox just announced he is sticking with Jake Delhomme as his starting quarterback. Delhomme Fox said he still believes Delhomme gives the Panthers the best chance to win. Feeley joined the Panthers right after the season started and hasn’t had much time in the offense.But the mere fact Fox was at least considering a change makes me think Sunday’s game in Arizona might be different. I’m thinking Fox is going to keep a very short leash on Delhomme. If he comes out and throws a couple of quick interceptions, Fox might go ahead and bench him in favor of Moore or Feeley.
