Glenn will have a chance to compete for a starting job with left tackle in Buffalo. Martin now is the favorite at right tackle, opposite Pro Bowler Jake Long. Martin joins first-round pick and quarterback Ryan Tannehill in Miami's 2012 draft class.Glenn and Martin should help both teams right away. Wide receiver is still a big need for the Bills and Dolphins, so look for them to address that need in the later round.
